Have relied on CCS for many years to maintain and if needed repair our HVAC systems. As out of state owners of the home it is great to be able to call or have our tenant call, confirm with me as owner, and quickly receive service when needed. Latest example is we learned late yesterday from our tenant the furnace was not coming on. Big issue in Green Bay in February! After one call Jordan was out the next morning and checked and repaired the furnace. He also pointed out future considerations so we can plan. Highly recommend.

Tanner was very helpful. I unfortunately will need a new furnace but he helped diagnose this and helped set me up with space heaters in the meantime and even prioritized me to get an appointment for an estimate and hopefully a new furnace. Woke up to -5 degrees outside and 50 degrees in my home, furnace wasn't working. I called Comfort Control Systems and they sent a technician out to me within 2 hours. Kevin was courteous and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had my furnace up and running in no time.
